On Monday, May 5th, we teed off under rainy skies for the 39th Annual Northeastern Anesthesia & Montefiore Nyack Hospital Medical Staff Golf Classic at Rockland Country Club—but the weather didn’t dampen our spirits! Thanks to our incredible community, it was one of our most successful outings yet, raising over $375,000 in support of Montefiore Nyack Hospital.

At Montefiore Nyack Foundation, we are proud to continue building momentum through Partners in Health, the Hospital’s Corporate Giving & Strategic Partnerships Program. This ongoing initiative offers businesses a meaningful way to support exceptional care while aligning their brand with Montefiore Nyack Hospital’s mission to serve our community with compassion, innovation and excellence.

The Montefiore Nyack Foundation was proud to host a special Breakfast with the Commissioner, bringing together members of the Foundation Board of Directors and the Montefiore Nyack Hospital Board of Trustees to welcome a distinguished guest: Dr. Mary Leahy, newly appointed Commissioner of the Rockland County Department of Health.

This year, Montefiore Nyack Hospital proudly marks a monumental milestone—130 years of serving the community with compassionate, high-quality healthcare. Since 1895, the hospital has been a cornerstone of healing, innovation and hope for generations of families across the Hudson Valley and beyond.

Mark your calendars! Montefiore Nyack Foundation will host the 39th Annual Northeastern Anesthesia & Montefiore Nyack Hospital Medical Staff Golf Outing on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the Rockland Country Club in Sparkill, NY. This is the Foundation’s largest fundraising event, and we are thrilled to have Dr. Mitchell Cohn and Brian Foley as our event co-chairs.

On Saturday, October 26th, the Montefiore Nyack Foundation hosted its 3rd Annual Rides & Strides event at Rockland Lake State Park, rallying our community in support of the Breast Center. This year’s event was our largest yet, with over 800 participants registered, more than 600 attending on-site and more than $160,000 raised.
