A Night of Hope, Strength and Celebration at Pink in the Park
On Sunday, August 3rd, Montefiore Nyack Foundation proudly partnered with the New York Boulders for an unforgettable evening at Clover Stadium for Pink in the Park—a night dedicated to honoring breast cancer survivors, raising awareness and celebrating the strength of our community.
Decked out in pink, the stadium came alive with energy, emotion and unity as fans, families and supporters gathered to stand in solidarity with those affected by breast cancer. The evening featured moving tributes to local survivors, empowering stories of resilience and special moments that reminded us all why this cause matters.
One of the most touching highlights was the on-field recognition of survivors—including Montefiore Nyack Breast Center’s very own Gisela Vasquez, RN. Gisela is a breast cancer survivor and drew an emotional tribute of supportive cheers from the crowd.
A portion of the funds raised directly benefited the Montefiore Nyack Breast Center, with Montefiore Nyack Foundation as a co-beneficiary, supporting vital screening programs and services for those in our community who need it most. Thanks to everyone who attended. We raised both awareness and funds that will make a lasting impact.
To our incredible survivors, supporters and community partners: thank you for making Pink in the Park such a meaningful success. We look forward to building on this momentum together, one game—and one step—at a time.
